Tried to speak to the manager about the issue however he just yelled over the top of me on the phone and tried to suggest someone broke into our house and stained our walls with rags instead… absolute joke. Considering the money spent I expected much more and we’ve had to take the matter to a third party for rectification and to pursue a refund for the damage.
